- Log onto https://passportonline.gov.in/PSOL/. If this link does not work, please try https://passportindia.gov.in/, alternatively, simply enter “Passport Seva” into any search engine and then click on “Reschedule Appointment”.
- Enter your application number (if available) or submit details such as name, date of birth, and gender — make sure they match those on file with MEA!

Now that you’ve submitted your passport application and received an appointment, you can log in to the Passport Seva Kendra website and reschedule or cancel your appointment.
After logging in, enter your Application Reference Number (ARN) in the field provided. If you don’t have this number, ask for it from one of the officials at your PSC. It will be on the top right corner of your application form.

To reschedule your passport appointment online, you need to:

- Select any date that is available for you from the provided calendar, then click on the “Confirm Rescheduled Appointment” button at the bottom right corner of the page

A Message Will Pop Up To Confirm The Appointment Postponement & Click On “OK”
When you have confirmed the appointment postponement, a confirmation message will pop up. It is important to click on “OK” for confirming the appointment postponement. If you do not see this confirmation message and instead get an error saying that there is no record of your previous booking, then please go back and try again.
